Shipping Policy
We currently offer shipping through United States Postal Service. We ship worldwide. Each item offered has its own specific size and weight, which determines its shipping expense. All items are packaged professionally, safely and securely. Please choose the shipping option that best suits your needs when checking out. The shipping method (and approximate time) selected for delivery will go into effect once the item is shipped. Sun and Steel Maille Works will notify you, the customer, as soon as your order is shipped (for non custom-sized items, we usually ship your order within 1-3 days of order receipt).
If you have ordered a custom-sized item (which are made to order), you can expect a small lead-time for order fulfillment before your order is shipped. This lead-time is in addition to the amount of time it takes to deliver your order once it is shipped. You, the customer, will be notified via email upon the placement of your order what the expected lead-time will be.
If you have placed a multiple-item order with a mix of custom-sized items and non-custom items, everything in your order will be shipped together in one shipment when the lead-time/order fulfillment for the custom-sized items is complete.
Returns Policy
Sun and Steel Maille Works stands behind every product we make. Customer satisfaction and service are our top priorities. All products may be returned in case of damage during transit for full price or repair, less the cost of shipping, at our discretion. Other returns will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact us prior to shipping your return, including your invoice number, name, and shipping address.
Custom orders and shipping fees are non-refundable. If your piece which you have purchased does not fit, please contact us immediately, including your invoice number, name, and shipping address. |
